Brand-New Halloween Merchandise Unveiled at Universal Orlando

Halloween Horror Nights enthusiasts, get ready for some spine-chilling new merchandise…

For over thirty years, Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights has reigned as the top Halloween theme park event in the US, known for its mix of original concepts and famous intellectual properties. This year, one of these iconic characters is getting some exciting new merchandise.

Chucky, the infamous doll from the long-running Child’s Play franchise—which includes eight films and a three-season TV series airing on NBC-Universal’s USA Network—is the star of not one, but two new Halloween Horror Nights items.

First, we have this year’s Chucky Popcorn Bucket. According to Universal, this souvenir features “Glowing and blinking eyes, a stitched-up look inspired by Bride of Chucky for an even scarier appearance than last year. You can speak to Chucky, and he will respond with new phrases. A must-have for Chucky fans.”

The popcorn bucket is priced at $43.99 and will be available at Halloween Horror Nights events at Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Universal Studios Singapore.

Next, there’s the Chucky Tumbler. Universal describes it as having “a blood-dripping effect that’s sure to be a favorite for any fan of the iconic good guy.”

The tumbler will be sold at Halloween Horror Nights at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood for $27.

Along with the Chucky merchandise, the 2024 edition of Halloween Horror Nights will feature houses based on properties such as Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Insidious, A Quiet Place, and the Universal Monsters, as well as original concepts.

The Chucky television series debuted on the USA Network in 2021. The most recent season, focusing on Chucky dealing with spirits in the White House, wrapped up in April 2024. According to the show’s producers, the season aimed to “put Chucky into a situation with other entities that have their own agendas and goals.”
